Natalia Vodianova invites this year’s guests to Monaco to celebrate the much-anticipated fourth edition of The Love Ball. The charity’s fundraiser will take place on 27 July 2013 in Monte-Carlo.
Monaco is giving us one of its jewels - Opera Garnier de Monte Carlo. The architectural masterpiece designed by Charles Garnier and decorated by the most acclaimed painters and sculptors will be transformed into a majestic ballroom. Previously it was transformed in 1966 for the Bal du Centenaire and in 2011 for the royal wedding of H.S.H. Prince Albert II and Charlene Wittstock.

First held in Moscow in 2008, the Love Ball features a sumptuous gala dinner, stellar live entertainment, and a charity auction offering various lots from money-can’t-buy experiences to exclusive art and luxury items
Under the High Patronage of H. S. H. Prince Albert II and the Presidencies of H. S. H. Princess of Monaco and H.R.H. Princess of Hanover, this year's ball will unite luminaries of high society to support the Naked Heart Foundation's very aim to grant the essential privilege of play to the disadvantaged children of Russia and to give support to families raising kinds with special needs.
Love Ball RIVIERA will also mark the 150th anniversary of Monte Carlo SBM's. The elegant setting and the decor of the event will echo the atmosphere of the Monaco's beautiful 100th anniversary in 1966, Bal du Centenaire, an event that took place 50 years ago and was then attended by H. S. H. Grace, Princess of Monaco and HSH Prince Rainier III of Monaco.

To celebrate Monaco, it’s elegance and strong cultural links with Russia, we are honoured to have the biggest Russian names of the world’s ballet, opera and classical music scene, performing on the night. Maestro Valery Gergiev, Mariisky’s Prima ballerina Diana Vishneva, Grammy Award-winning Ildar Abdrazakov, world famous violinist Maxim Vengerov, Yuri Bashmet and one of the world’s most revered sopranos Maria Gulegina. Vasily Barkhatov, the incredible 29 year old director of Mariinsky and Bolshoi, has kindly agreed to become the artistic director of the night.
The charity auction, held by Christie’s, will take our guests on a fantasy journey to Monte Carlo. The lots will include attending an opera performance with H.R.H. Princess Caroline of Hanover, a photo shoot with legendary Mario Testino and custom made pieces by Louis Vuitton, Berluti and Dior.
